Don't know what these other reviews are on about, got some Vitour Semi Slicks fitted here last week. They are 30% cheaper than the Federal 595s I was running previously and took 2.7 seconds off my average lap time. :D Service was prompt and efficient, and the young lady behind the counter really know her stuff. see you guys again in a few weeks!

AVOID!!! Rude and arrogant staff. Quote a fixed price then after job is done add extra charges. Dealt with them for years with multiple vehicles and business’s and were generally ok besides 20 mins meaning 1 - 2 hours. but has now really gone to the dogs. Just goes to show that a business is only as good as the piece of work behind the counter.

This place is appalling in everyway! After having being told that I could have a tyre replaced straight away and would only take 20min I then waited 3 hours for them to change it. after speaking with the lady on the counter after 45min she then told me it will take as long as it takes then walked off. I asked one of the guys if I could speak to the manager then after being told he was busy and couldn't see me I was approached by the manager quiet bitterly and angry to be asked what's my problem. I explained the situation and was told that they were busy had had to wait until they got to it. Their

Absolutely horrendous service. Waited 3.5 HOURS for a simple mushroom plug which was estimated for 15 -30mins. The younger of the two grey haired clowns "Adam", was arrogant and condescending when asked about wait times. Also met with an employee outside who said they were terribly disorganised and even got customers to come in and help out due to lack of staff - more like lack of "capable" staff. Dont bloody go here if you value your time or your tyres, if I had known earlier i would have avoided this stingy joke of a business like the plague.

If you have a tyre problem and think that it needs to be instantly replaced, get these guys to look at it first. I had a tyre fixed twice over a 4 yr period (faulty bead then a leaking valve stem). Soon as I drove in to get the valve checked and replaced, Matt had the wheel off and back on in no time... all free of charge!
Anywhere else and most likely they would have stung me 4 a new tyre, balancing etc (plus potential upselling cons some get up to).
You can see why they are incredibly popular!

Happened to park out front doing separate errands and decided to ask pricing to fix a puncture I had. The Manager grabbed the tyre straight away and fixed the puncture. When I returned, they took my spare off, put the repaired main tyre on and put my spare back under the car. Couldn't ask for kind that kind of service.
