Avoid this company, they have the worst post sales "support" I have ever experienced. Multiple no show/call to appointments and leaving me to follow up repeatedly and still not getting even basic courtesy calls back, the last I heard was my job was closed as resolved (without anyone even showing up to look at it).
This is dealing with the Melbourne… office.
The issue I have is with a recently installed (by Best Doors) roller door which is jamming when in direct sunlight. When this first occurred in March a service person actually did show up which was nice, but the door was working fine
