I booked in last minute for a wash/ blow-dry and toner a few days ago. Right when I entered the salon I felt welcomed instantly!
The staff were so welcoming and kind. Brodie went to every length to ensure my hair was toned to the right shade. She even offered to fix my roots after I expressed how outgrown they were when I had only booked in for a blowdry! 10/10 reccomend this amazing buisness đź’—

I would give zero stars if I could for the way I was just spoken to on the phone by this manager. I didn’t get what I asked for and was charged almost $500 here. I had my hair done previously with Mahiki and they had very reasonable service and prices. My experience yesterday however was the complete opposite. I asked for a freshen up for my balayage, and asked the stylist not to touch my roots as I had had them done 2 weeks prior. She proceeded to foil my roots and when I questioned it she replied for me “not to freak out”. And that the toner would correct the colour. I trusted her and instead

With hair, it is worth paying for quality service, & after paying much more at other salons for lesser quality, I cannot fault this team.

First time I was charged $400 for a short hair cut and of course the cut didn’t match the picture I brought. She did a foil to the remaining top hairs since my hair was almost fade shaved it’s that short.
Even though I was upset and unhappy with the hair cut I didn’t say anything because I know it won’t change anything. 2 months later I went back and booked for foils only for the roots thinking it’s a simple job but I was shocked with the result because it was so many colours on my head because she over fried my hair. I used this service a while ago. I was charged over $200 for a style cut that wasn't what I wanted. Granted, the owner stepped in and deftly corrected it but made no apologies for the inept staffmember saying it was my hair that was the issue. So I went to another hairdresser that didn't find my hair to be an issue. This outfit isn't hopeless but I do find their business practices questionable.
