We received a quote after about three days after going in to the office. Salesman happy to match a quote from another company which was advised to me via email. Installation took a week to get done as they didn't have the correct parts or necessary codes to complete the work. They stuffed around the lady living in the property by not turning up on time or at all and not advising her of what was going on. The company demanded payment on the day is was supposedly completed. I found out it hadn't been completed so refused to pay that day (I was offered a discount if I paid early which I was not going

Had a great experience in getting our gas ducted heating unit replaced with these guys. Brian was second to none in both his knowledge & professionalism in helping us decide what unit to go with & getting all the info we needed to us.
On install day he followed up to make sure we were happy with everything.
There install team was super professional & efficient in getting the unit in. They all handled themselves very well when needing to enter the house while my wife & daughter were home. Couldn't happier with these guys!!!!

Hi everyone. We had a New ducted evaporative air conditioning fitted today. Finally after they got here 1hour 45 minutes after the time we was told. I have to say the installers did a great job. It was 5pm when there was still no electrician on site to wire up unit we contacted Rob to see what was going on. He said nothing will be done today. He gave us his word on same day installation than he hung up on us and is not responding to and of our calls. One good thing is we haven't paid yet. But we still don't have a operating aircon.
