Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. Remedial massage is great for addressing pain whilst also offering stress relief & nurturing. It is a massage style that can be adapted to your own personal requirements using various techniques and depth of pressure.
Stress and anxiety can have us feeling drained, fatigued, cloudy and can impair our quality of sleep. Relaxation massage is a soothing style of massage that includes long gliding strokes and medium to light pressure. Often encompassing the whole body, including a relaxing foot massage and KDM's signature head massage.
Pregnancy massage aims to be a positive and nurturing experience whilst addressing the aches and pains often associated with pregnancy and your ever changing body. Pregnancy massage is a great way to help reduce stress and promote general health and wellbeing throughout your pregnancy and beyond. Pregnancy massage with a qualified massage therapist is safe throughout your pregnancy as long as there are no contraindications.
KDM Massage is proud to offer the opportunity to secure an experienced remedial massage therapist specialising in working with equestrians to attend your club or event! Offering both chair and table massage options. Kat has years of horse riding experience and a particular interest in helping riders from all disciplines achieve better posture and balance and continue riding without pain and discomfort.
Areas outside our regular route will be considered but may incur an additional travel fee. Please be advised that we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment please advise us as soon as possible or you may incur a fee valued at 50% of the consult price.

Kat is fantastic - extremely skilled, empathetic, professional and lovely to chat with. I’ve been receiving massage and dry needling treatments from Kat for a number of years and credit her with helping me maintain good back health. Now that Kat is mobile it’s wonderful to be able to welcome her to my home for all my appointments - she brings everything she needs and the sessions are just as fabulous as they were when she worked on-site. Highly recommended.

Been seeimg Kath at her room for over a yr when she said she was going mobile i wasn't sure but OMG this was the best! On time, Service was the same (MAGIC HANDS)if not better dry needing still provided set up in no time and to top it off the towels where still warm! best part I'm feeling relaxed and I'm already at home!! what a way to enjoy a Sunday thanks

Kat is nothing short of amazing. I have been seeing her for a number of years and credit her with taking away my aches and pains. Her massage is fantastic and her dry needling is almost miraculous! After having back pain for a large part of my adult life and not having had much success with Osteos I decided it was about time I was pain free. I have been seeing Kat now for over a year and a half, I am largely pain free and have a lot more mobility in my back. It’s been awesome to finally have a healthy back. Would defiantly recommend her.
