Shame I even had to give 1 star to write the review. Was under the impression from all the advertising on their website and social media that I would be receiving a South Australian made towbar which was incorrect. They ended up charging me 2k for a towbar and brake controller which Allin Towbars would do for $1340 but was thinking the extra is worth it to support the local company making the towbar (yeah right!). They then broke all the clips that hold the in cab fuse panel together and tried to hide it by super glueing it back together which I found out the following day when I touched the panel

Amazing customer service! I rushed out to Hall Towbars when picking up our new camper trailer and we couldn't remove the tow ball from our car. I arrived at the end of the day and caught Andy on his way out the drive. He worked for almost half an hour to get the tow ball unstuck, all after knock-off on a Friday. This is clearly a business that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Outstanding Customer Service by Mel and Andrew when we were having a crisis after picking up our new Caravan. I was able to quickly bring the van over and Andrew Expertly fixed our equipment and fitted it to the Car and Van so we were able to have a much needed Weekend Away.

Booked my new dmax in for a new towbar, delt with Andy and was told by the car dealership that its was over a months wait for one considering I waited 9months for the car! Andy basically said drop it down as we have stock and you can pick-up in a couple of hrs. Easy to deal with and alot cheaper than the dealership! Give these guys a go first and support locally. Booked my car in to have an electric brake controller installed. Last minute, I had an emergency issue the jockey wheel clasp and the guys at Hall Towbars fixed it all up quickly and without hassle. Thought the service I received from Andrew went above and beyond. He was friendly, informative and helpful. Being a solo female caravaner just starting out, I was made to feel very welcome and not rushed when asking questions.
