Roc's Towing Services is a locally owned family business, established and founded by Roc Puccini in 1996. In 2013, Roc's son Cosi joined the business and the two have since worked together to combine their 20+ years of experience in the industry to provide extensive towing services throughout South Australian metro and rural areas.

These people are extremely money hungry. They come up with any & every excuse to tow your car, demanding you pay almost $300 just to get your car back no questions asked. They treat their customers like trash and don’t care about anything you have to say/questions you may have. I would HIGHLY recommend you don’t use these people for your apartments. You’ll get more complaint calls than you can handle!!!!

This company should not be contracted with Park west apartments they are a rip off my daughter sat in her sister car park next to her her own and watched the tow man pull up thinking everything was fine watching him check cars he then pulled to her car and said he had to tow it for no sticker. My daughter tried to provide parking pass out the house and the tow man still requested 100,When the car wasn’t hooked up. I paid the 100 and ask for a receipt they submitted a receipt to my phone for a different amount which was saying 150 as well as that wasn’t the address it was parked at as if her

Very money hungry ! Will find any and every reason to tow your car . Looking at other reviews and listening to my apartment complex they say that they are “ aggressive “ and it’s so true ! I would atleast think they could give you a warning or a ticket before just up and taking your vehicle early in the morning . People have jobs and a life so to wake up to my vehicle being taken with out any warning is very upsetting. When I called and asked them why they acted like they didn’t care. And then they turn around and still expect you to pay them for them taking the vehicle . I’ve never seen
