At Insight, we will assist in the preparation of the contract for sale if there is no agent involved, prepare all the relevant conveyancing documentation, search all encumbrances on the certificate of title, adjust rates, taxes and strata levies, stamp the contract for sale contract, liaise with your lending institution and ensure documentation is registered at Landgate, disburse sale proceeds according to your instructions and provide a title search to the buyer several weeks after settlement once proof of ownership has occurred.

The purpose of a final inspection is to confirm the property is in the same condition as at the time you signed the Contract of Sale. If the final inspection is not to your satisfaction, its best to contact us immediately. In cases where the Settlements can not be delayed, this allows us time to put the vendors agent/representative on notice that claims against their client will be made.

I used Shae last year as my settlement agent. Since the, I have found out that the property had a non issue title. She did not even ask what I wanted to do in that regard. I.E. ask if i wanted the title to be issued or left as it was. She LEFT THAT COLUMN BLANK!! Now, i have to go through the verification of identity process, costing 159$ and a lot of time and effort. This is not fair, and very unprofessional. I would never use Shae again, nor recommend her services. I will be seeking reimbursment from her

I have had two mortgages processed with Insight Settlements. The first (August 2016) went smoothly. The second (July 2020) was complex due to covid and the fact that I was interstate.
On settlement day I was contacted directly by the bank as they had not received any settlement paperwork from Insight Settlements and couldn't get through to Shae. I attempted to contact Shae to follow up with this but she didn't answer my calls, and texted me to say it wasn't a good time to talk. The bank eventually got through to her and settlement was processed.
After settlement Insight Settlements emailed through

We used Shae of Insight Settlements after being recommended by our broker as in his words ‘you need a settlement agent who works for you’, that is exactly what we got, from day one we received a 5 star professional service, every email we sent was replied to quickly. Two weeks prior to settlement Shae made sure we had all documents signed and funds were in place, come settlement day there were absolutely no issues. Thanks again for making a daunting process go so smoothly.
