I was recommended Frank by a business colleague from a computer repair shop in St.Kilda, quoting "Frank" to be the best with repairs regarding flat screws.
Previously called other service centres closer to me, they offered me ridiculous pricing and options about 150 $ minimum and few extras.
I called Frank and told him about the issues he quoted me a simple price as low as 60$ for replacing and providing me with better screws

A very impresive service from the team, professional and friendly also charged for a very fair price compare to other technicians around, I am a repeated customer and the owner charged me for a better price when I bring in my laptop for another issue. Called through to Laptop Kings and was greeted by Tina. She is Gold! Helped me sort out configuration and email issues after transitioning to new laptop. Was very patient and helped explain things in simple terms. And it didn't hurt that she had a smile on her face. Such a pleasant experience and would recommend these guys for any kind of IT support, repairs and general fixes. They made it easy! And the coffee and chocolates helped also!

Super-impressed with the speed and professionalism of the work, and the price was a lot less than competitors too. My Macbook Pro battery developed a sudden fault one day, and was clearly about to die. This business was able to order a new battery immediately. It arrived in two business days and was replaced while I waited that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with - Frank (the owner), Fred (the brilliant electronics engineer who does the repairs) and Tina (another staff member) - was courteous, professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Frank and the team at Laptop Kings for the past two years. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to laptop repairs, and I always refer my clients to them. They are excellent when it comes to screen repairs, hard drive upgrades and replacing faulty wireless cards. I can't speak highly enough about them. My Toshiba was put in for repair by my partner after the hinge broke and was slowly splitting the screens edges. A side note that the hardware within the computer was abnormally slow had been made, but the computer was primarily in to fix the screen and we were under the impression that if further repairs were to be made, or something didn't fall… under the warranty they would contact us for permission and make us aware of the cost that would be incurred.
