Birender was extremely friendly and professional in his duties to install my new computer and transfer data. Excellent result and Thank you to him. My only real concern was the technician never arrived until well after 2.30, was scheduled to be here between 1.00 & 2.00 was unable to fix the problem (not his fault although he tried hard) and was paid $150.00 but was definitely not here for 1 hour.
Never asked if I had any other issues which I do have, therefore if I call again in the future I hope this is taken into consideration. Could not be happier did excellent job and explained everything so I could understand what was happening. I would recommend your service to all my friends.

I contacted Expert Geeks at 8 am and decide to use them at 9am. They came just after 11am and my computer was going before noon. The technician (Harry) was courteous and wore a mask in my house and was said to be fully vaccinated. Cost of the repair was under $150 inclusive of GST.
I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this company. I sent a request for service on line and got a quick response and was given an appointment for the next day. The technician called me ahead of his arrival and listened to understand my issues and worked quickly to resolve them. I was very pleased I chose Expert Geeks.
