Can not reccomend John and his team more highly. John absolutely went out of his way to help me out of a sticky situation. Fixed my car up and set me on my way within an hour. He so so kind and always explains everything so I can understand. Hands down nicest mechanic I've ever met, his prices are always fair and upfront. Recommend him to any Ladies who need their cars looked at and don't wanna be taken for a ride 😅

No question about the expertise from this company, but I just felt once they knew I could fix the problem for much much less money else where got overcharged for diagnosis.
Just a note to everyone, if your car needs attention from another mechanic at the same time 1 minute equals 2 minutes or hours. Everything doubles.
You don’t want three guys working your car at the same time.
I personally never heard of such practice at any mechanical or car electrical shop. I will investigate further with consumer rights.
All that being said, they did find the problem, just over priced in my opinion.

What a great company. I was a 'walk-in' off the street, but John was able to sort my switch issue the same day to an extremely high standard of workmanship. It's a great job and I'm stoked with the results. Communication was excellent, I was only charged an hour's labour, all round it was an unusually positive experience of a car workshop! Will highly recommend to others and take my car there in future for sure.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. A reliable and honest mechanic is hard to find these days and these guys tick all the boxes. They have always looked after my car in a very professional manner with a friendly and reliable service. And their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. The word I would use to best describe Grady's would be: incompetent. I brought my vehicle in with an oil leak and requested a quote of both time and cost. Was told $180 and they can get it done by that afternoon. I ended up getting my vehicle back 8 days later, and ended up costing me over $500 to fix the oil leak!
THEN, less than 24 hrs later, the low oil light comes on. I check the dipstick, dry, and look under the vehicle at the oil sump, soaked in oil. These guys then after all that time and money DIDN'T EVEN FIX THE ISSUE I CAME TO THEM FOR!
Rightfully po-ed, I call the shop and am essentially

We called in Grady's (our regular guy, who is fantastic was away) to sort a problem we were having with our chipper (I run a tree business). They claimed that they tested all the usual areas that may cause this problem. Then disconnected the ignition barrel from the instrument panel and installed and an unsuitable one which was left hanging from the motor. Then Invoiced me $541. Problem was that was not the fault. Turns out that it was a loose wire to a fuse. A ten minute fix.
I then had to pay another company to have them fix what Grady's had done.
Obviously I didn't pay Grady's but I didn't

John, Tyler and Ben are wonderful at Grady's Auto Electrical and Mechanical. I have always been able to book my car in at my convenience, sometimes at a moments notice. They have always explained any issues that have needed attention and have been fair in their prices. I have been going to them for over 5 years with 3 cars as I have a family of 5. Fantastic place. John is a credit to the business name and has worked on 3 different cars that I've had. He gives honest work. I have been ripped off by shonky mechanics ( which I wont name ) and I was so very grateful to find Gradys. My neighbour suggested them and I now recommend them to others. Wonderful mechanics and auto electricians. Thanks John & Tyler :-)
