Honest guys that have lots of experience in automotive. Had an issue with my car starting up and been diagnosed by other mechanics and they could not find an issue. Brought the car to Jacks and within a minute after checking the car informed that it was a starter motor issue. Changed it and the car works fine now. Had more issues and they resolved it efficiently.

Really Good people working there: Proffessionals in their job, and friendly in connection with people.
One of More important things ; if you have gold in your car, be not worry about it, just give the key's of your car to Jack for repairing the car. This place is completely SAFE and all of the people who working there, will care about your cars safety, even better than yourself.

My review has changed from 5 stars to 3. As my original dealings with them were so great. However I went in yesterday for my appointment with them to check my tyres and was yelled at by some random mechanic when I was asked what I was there for. It was quickly rectified by the main guy but this other rude guy made me feel like I had no business being there. It wasn't a great experience and obviously they don't need my business, so I won't be back.

This business is honest and professional. My Mum (83) took her car there this week to have her air conditioning to be re gassed. Other workshops had quoted her 3 times the amount for the air conditioning, however Jack did not rip her off and it’s now working perfectly for summer. I’d recommend a Jack to anyone

Took my alternator to be tested / reconditioned - arriving without an appointment. Jack welcomed me and immediately built trust. He tested it in my presence and quickly confirmed the regulator was faulty. He then removed the rear cover and inspected the bushes [confirmed worn]. Within 10 mins of my arrival Jack had diagnosed the condition and provided various reconditioning options as well as an option to buy a new OEM replacement alternator (which he had in stock) - all the pricings were very fair and reasonable. Jack is professional, trustworthy and clearly very knowledgeable on all things automotive
