This was worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Andrew was aggressive and abusive. I’m not even sure what his problem is. As a woman I actually felt threatened and intimidated. The stock is below average too, so you’d have no reason to risk a run in with this guy. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

I can’t positive comment, no one to serve or answer but when they came they asked us to leave because we had small puppy which my wife carries him at the time. Very unfriendly

Can't comment on service because there was none. Went in, decided on some pots but there was no-one around to serve, so, I left empty handed to spend my money elsewhere

Arrived at 2:45 to buy some palms after borrowing a ute and driving up. The guy was inside watering the plants and told me they shut at three today (says 4pm on their website). I let him know it wasn't even 3 yet. After letting him know I had borrowed a ute and driven up he said he would let me in- walked off for a few minutes then returned and said he "couldn't find the key to open the gate."
Don't waste your time here.

Crikey, I thought I might have had a uniquely bad experience but after reading previous reviews from others I see I'm not alone. I was originally just going to comment that the owner had possibly had a hard, or bad day and chose to close earlier than what is posted on the website and on the front gate. Bit annoying when you take the effort to drive out there in the first place. I sort of felt like I was getting thrown out and didn't have a good feeling as I drove away.
Much of the stock is not marked with price and the owner seems to get annoyed by you asking the price.
I suggest if you don't

I have never experienced such poor misconduct from an owner. I bought a plant from there one month ago. The plant started to die so I rang up inquiring he was telling me it wasn’t getting enough water which it was. After that he was very abusive on the phone was very threatening I can’t believe an owner of a business can treat customers this way surprised still in business. I was planning on spending a lot of money doing at my house Gardens but now I will go to somewhere else. I didn’t obviously check Google reviews before I went there but obviously there are many other bad reviews!!. Such

I had a terrible experience today, I went there wanting to buy advanced trees, pots and indoor stuff. I wasn't approached by anyone for about 15 minutes even though I got looked at by 2 staff members (one of which I found out was the owner).
I finally approached them for help with prices because there was no prices on any of there stock at all.
The owner helped me in the end but he made me feel like I was annoying him and every time I asked questions he would sigh at me and he was very abrupt.
I won't be going back to this place, the customer service was disgusting and when I found out the prices

Great place, lots of outdoor plants and pots. It is a family owned business and since day one they were really kind and friendly. I love their succulents, outdoors plants, and the selection of pots are different of what you can get in other places. I visit them every week and I will continue because they are always willing to help and give you advices of which plants are the best for each spot of the garden. Their potting mix is a good quality one, clean and not too much organics. Prices are really good, way better than what you can find in the city. I strongly recommend this nursery.

Well the reviews are interesting and varied but here's my experience- it's a small but nicely laid out nursery with lots of plant varieties that are very well priced. Bunnings don't stand a chance in that regard.
The woman who roared up on her quad bike was super friendly (I was the only person there at the time), left me alone to do my thing after checking I was ok and gave me some fertiliser to take with me after I completed my purchase. No complaints here- give it a go.
I've found most of these small nurseries are family owned and like any family- they have bad days but when they have a business

I've read the bad reviews....and admit the owner might not seem "overtly friendly" , but I've dealt with him on several occasions for pots , water features and plants....and found him and his wife more than helpful.
People that have never worked in customer service, retail or hospitality have a totally different view of how the "customer" is perceived ?!
It's always a two - way street...and more than one side to every story...
I'll definitely be returning....and spending my money too !!
