If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered a vanity, it arrived and I was renovating so I stored it safely away so it wasn’t damaged.
I took
It out 5 weeks later to see massive faults in the unit and when I called john he told me he would fix it.
I sent him 11 messages, 6 calls and no reply.
He’s a crook, doesn’t care about what he sells and I would never ever recommend buying from him.
* to be clear, I never opened the order so we did mot damage it.

Strongly would not recommend these products. Full home renovation two years ago and we are seeing the true problems out of warranty with taps that are ceasing up, bowls that leak, toilet cistern replacement etc. You get what you pay for, what we saved in upfront costs choosing this brand we have more than paid for in our plumbing costs to repair and replace products that are not that old.

I ordered a bath from this seller after some queries on their product delivery, as I have a schedule to follow for a home renovation project. They promised to deliver on a said date. One day just before the date of the delivery, they emailed (not even a call!) to say they DO NOT have the stock when it was listed on their eBay site. And that I have to wait for a couple of weeks with no definite date. As expected, the delivery was further delayed after 2 weeks.
If I did not get on the phone, I would probably would be waiting for more than a month as the expected delivery dates kept changing! When

These guys are AMAZING!!! We had ordered a bath from another retailer who sadly went into administration right before we were supposed to receive our delivery. The stress of not having a bath was horrid as our renovation had already started and we had trades needing specs for drainage etc. John at Gianni & Costa truly became a hero for us all and managed to get a new bath to us in super speed! He truly made the whole process so much easier and we (and our trades!) are so thankful. We are so disappointed that we didn’t find Gianni & Costa first and order all of our bathroom products from them

Dropped in to find and order a bath. Wound up buying that and all my tapware, showers, drains and everything I need. They had a full range in brushed nickel, which is not easy to find just anywhere. Prices and the showroom are excellent and nearly everything was in stock, ready to pick up. John is an amazing and friendly character once you spend a few minutes to get to know him. I'll be back for our second bathroom too. Thanks John and team!

My wife and I spent over $3000 for a bath and a vanity, it was the worst mistake, John I belive is the owner, he is the most rudest man I have ever come in contact with.
Service from this man was terrable, using fowl language, yelling like a mad man.
Delivering the wrong items, and then when you question him he starts to yell back again.
His delivery driver dropped of a bath and a vanity, failed to drop of a black bath plug, then when I text him telling him that the delivery was short, he text back saying that it was dropped off and that I had to be joking, and refuses to send out the item,

I was renovating a bathroom and found this shop. Not being overly trusting of internet shopping we went to the factory to see the products. The service was amazing and when we broke the cistern we were able to get only that part replaced without having to buy the full unit.
