I was unlucky enough to purchase from Luxebath, it was by far the very worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Once they have your money they don't want to know you, they wouldn't return calls, messages, emails, it was ridiculous. It was only after I explained via text that I would contact authorities if I was not contacted soon that I received a call back from the company almost immediately. When I finally received some of the products, months later than promised they arrived damaged and of such poor quality they are completely unusable and worthless. At this point I&apos

Stay away owner is compulsive liar gives you the run around that's if you can get him to ring you back which is never I've been waiting 3 mths for bath was told 5 weeks at start no communication I think it's because Luxebath is full of brainless liars so if you would like your bathroom renovation finished in a resnable time go else where if you like using someone else's bathroom use Luxebath should be called uselessbath
