Poor food, was sold a raw chicken schnitzel sandwich, with dried out lettuce!
Service is decent, but would not recommend.

Nice little cafe to stop by for lunch, staff were generally friendly and the schnitty sandwich toasted was pretty good but could have been toasted a little longer.
The iced chocolate however was one of the best I’ve ever had, will keep this place in mind for the next visit

Worst worst worst of all! I have been to this place for many times but always same experience. I ordered and paid for a mocha, waited for about 10 minutes and then the counterman comes and asks what's my order and if I have paid for it? AFTER 10 MINUTES !! Customers who came after me got their order first before me. Finally, got the coffee, but got a cappucino instead! Always embarassing experience for just one coffee!
Never going again.

This restaurant has an amazing style and interesting decor. Its a big restaurant with a lot space for people. Perfect for meeting friends!
They have greats discounts depending on the day and on excellent food and drinks.
The atmosphere is fun, with good music and good attention.
I recommend this place :)

Zero customer service.
Rude bar manager/owner ... he is not even ready to smile.
Man know how run a business or stay home.

I cannot rave enough about this place. The service from Angie and staff are always quick, friendly and really makes a great start to your day. The coffee is brilliant and I have not a bad word to say about this place having been a regular for the last 5 years. Highly recommended peeps!

The coffee was quite nice but the service could have been friendlier. The teaspoon I got was not clean, has the previous customer’s coffee still on it. I would have liked an apology. Mistakes do happen but please - offer an apology and smile at your customers. There is so much competition around the place, it takes more than just an ok cuppa to attract & keep your clientele. A smile doesn’t cost anything neither does good manners.

Horrible service!! I asked for a skim mocha coffe and I was watching how they used the same kind of milk to do a group of coffee including mine because they are busy so I nicely asked if my milk was made with skim milk and the barista said yes but I can change it for you ( to be sure ) and the old lady cashier with an unfriendly face and unfriendly attitude said to me “he already said yes ! You haven't even tryed it ! ( of course not because I knew it it was not skim milk) “ I can understand they are the whole time stressed because I use to buy my coffee there and I have to stand their bad

I have been to this cafe every day of the work week, every week to dine in with workmates and bosses also I order catering from them every month. There coffee is spot on made by Daisey. The person behind the counter Pete delivers fast and fantastic service every time. I find Beat the Q a convinient app and I am satisfied that Lacantina has teamed up with them to save my time, if i’m in a rush.
The food there is nice whenever I decide to get their gourmet muffins or sandwiches. (take away) The service I get is at excellent pace.
Whenever I dine in We can help ourselves to where we want to sit

If you want to go somewhere that treats you like dirt on their boot, then you should go here!! The ladies working there are all lovely, but the two guys behind the counter are the most surly people I've ever met. Never a smile, they cut you off mid sentence to bark at you to ask if it's take away or sit in, and they usually won't even look at you. Literally the worst customer service in Sydney. Coffee is sub par too.
We'll never go back here, there are so many great places with great staff within about 50 meters in any direction.

Popped into this new establishment on a Saturday brunch-time, whereas a lot of other places are absolutely jammed at this time (ie the moody chef, the wooden whisk etc) this place was almost empty......maybe that should of been the clue. Soy flat white (unremarkable) and rhubarb & pistachio tart (had a slight taste of almonds.....nothing else), throw in quite slow service and I doubt I'll be returning. So many other much better establishments in St Leonards/ Crows Nest to choose from.

So happy to find this little treasure right at the entrance of my hotel. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, burgers, specialty breads etc and coffee to die for.

But what caught my eye was the salad selection.

Going away for work is hard when you are trying to be healthy; always eating out and being given treats like cakes and pastries.

This cafe will be my saviour for a healthy breakfast and lunch during my days in Sydney...and maybe a cheeky burger on Thursday.
