Precept Financial Services had its beginnings in 1986 when David Shaw and Norm Knell formed Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG). Punch Flemmer joined SKFG in 1995. At the beginning of 2010 David, together with Punch Flemmer left to form Precept Financial Services with the objective of providing high quality service and advice.
David commenced as an adviser in 1969 and has maintained his involvement in the financial industry all the way through this period. In 1986 David along with Norm Knell formed Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG). Punch Flemmer joined SKFG in 1995. At the beginning of 2010 David and Punch Flemmer (a Director of SKFG for 16 years) formed Precept Financial Services.
It is my pleasure to provide a testimonial for Precept's Punch Flemmer who I first met in 1994 when I was a young GP buying into a general practice.
