A Wood Shed is a family owned Timber and Hardware business catering for a wide range of building materials for both builders and DIY's. The business started in 1997 when the owner, who was then building, saw an opportunity to start a company that provided specialised building products with an emphasis on personalised communication and quality products.
The business started in Darra and in 2006, while the Darra depot was being developed, the company expanded to another outlet at Brassall on the Warrego Highway in Ipswich. A Wood Shed's management team has many years' experience in both the building and timber industry and has always taken the approach of supporting local builders and providing expert information.
