I have been looking for a place to rent for some time and dealt with some rude and unhelpful property managers. Rental Guardians have been absolutely fantastic in contrast - calling me to keep me updated on the progress of my application and always pleasant and concerned. When I come to rent out my place they will be top of my list.

Rental Guardians were the best real estate I have ever dealt with. Prompt, caring, kind, professional and always easy to talk to. Unfortunately, the owner of our property decided to change agents and left us with a subpar agency. We hope to deal with Rental Guardians again in the future and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have rented with this company for over 4 years and found them to be caring and very helpful, which is unusual for a real estate agent. They have been so helpful in finding a new tenant for me, after informing them that i was breaking my lease, due to my house being built 8 weeks sooner than expected. I will be using Rental Guardians(especially Cathie and Rhiannon) to market my own property, when i put it on the rental market later next year.Ignore the corporate agents who are stuffy and arrogant, go with these guys, they are awesome

Really good property mangers. When I lived in Brisbane I rented a place at Stafford through these guys and they were really good to deal with. I wish my current property management agency were even half as pleasant and easy to talk to. Right now when we have a problem it takes ages for our real estate to do anything, even when it's an emergency.

I have just rented a two bedroom unit in Chermside through Rental Guardians. I have rented quite a few properties through different real estate companies over the past 4 years but Rental Guardians has stood out to me as being the most professional so far. They handled my application efficiently and didn't waste any time at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable realty agent.

After recently purchasing a property in Aspley, I engaged the services of Rental Guardians property management after being recommended to them by my mother-in-law. Emily has been extremely helpful in explaining what is required from us and even outlined all the responsibilities of a landlord for us. This is my first investment property and having someone as helpful as Emily and the other Rental Guardians rental managers to help has made the step into property investor a lot smoother than I could have ever hoped!

We rented a property in Wavell Heights through Rental Guardians in last year. They were easy to get in contact with and always ready to fix any issued we had pretty much right away. Our property manager Andrew was really friendly and always seemed willing to do whatever necessary to make sure both we and the home owner were happy with the outcome. I’ve lived in quite a few rentals before and had some pretty terrible property management companies to deal with. These guys are definitely the best agent I’ve seen in action.

After some bad experiences with some other property managers in Brisbane, we decided to give Rental Guardians a try. Andrew has been outstanding, and has looked after our properties as if they were his own. His organisation of quality long term tenants, maintenance, and property reports is outstanding.
