I believe some of the Staff members of this Hospital including the Doctors , Nurses , Nurses Aid, and Receptionist that I have encountered are very professional. It can be hard and challenging now with the Covid and all the different safety measures to be taken. They all still manage to be kind and caring to the Patient and their Family . Everone I have encountered was always smiling and willing to help. Thank you for your Service Peidmont Rockdale .

My cousin was in this place due to Covid! She was put on a ventilator and in a medical induced coma when called to check on her lady was rude explained to her I had the code! To get information and that I was located in Fl so if anything looks bad please let me know so are family could come see her! Was told everything was good couple days later her dad was told. She had a stroke I called was told well they think she had one! So I asked when was the test gonna be done! To confirm she actually did have one. I was told she didn’t know at that time. The next day she was taken off the ventilator

Having an asthma attack in the lobby been here 2 hours and no one has even checked on me . A lady just had a seizure they let her head hit the wheelchair.. they literally don’t care about the people here . This is my 2nd and last time here I will never come back . I do not recommend this place for a paper cut . I zero stars was an option I’d hit the button twice

Brought my daughter to the emergency room and everything was fine until we were escorted to a room and left there with no greeting by the staff sitting there with the door open. When Dr.arrived he did not introduce himself nor the two young ladies shadowing him. I will give credit to one of the young ladies asking if I would like a chair. Very unprofessional and no hospitality or beside manner. This is not the Piedmont service I’m accustomed to.

The hospital always looks clean and the staff that checks you in are always kind and helpful. The downside is hearing staff talk about each other or talk to each other in a condescending manner.
It is extremely unprofessional.
I don’t get it. People work together every day and instead of figuring out how to personally build a team up, you personally tear down. Folks, everyone”s job is easier when you come together collectively. Pursue a resolution not discord and it might mean you no longer work for a company that gives you such angst.

How can you recommend a hospital that has forgotten their most basic oath to DO NO HARM? It is unconscionable to witness how a human being who was in need was treated, cast out like yesterday's garbage. He was literally left on the side of the road with a Foley bag, fever and sepsis. Even a lay person would know that this human being was not in a condition to be released. The two doctors who signed off that he was need to have sanctions against them. You need to shutter the doors and let another competent agency take over.

My father complained of chest pain, so I took him to the ER, we arrived at 2:30pm. Blood work was taken and now it’s 6:10am the next day we’re still waiting in the ER Lobby to be seen by a doctor. 16 HOURS!!!!! Waiting. I’m a local business owner here in Conyers for the past 32 years, I must say it’s a embarrassment to have a hospital so poorly managed and operated In our community. I should have read the reviews prior to coming here, as it’s a trend for you and your loved ones to wait in the lobby in excess of 10 + hours. I’d advise to take your loved ones elsewhere. It’s a shame

This hospital does not separate the COVID-19 symptomatic patients from the non-symptomatic patients.
Upon entry receptionist did not have on a mask. The hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. The potential for exposure in this hospital is great. Travel elsewhere if you can.
Hospitals like this one are the reasons the death rate is so high. GOD bless us all.

Against my instructions, on 7/29/2021 the EMT ambulance took me to Piedmont Rockdale Hospital ER. I was in too much pain to put up any resistance. During the ride in the EMT I was administered Fentanyl
