Dr Rutherford aims to provide the highest quality dermatological care and is able to provide advice on all skin concerns.

Such a pathetic medical center. The receptionist who works there has no talking sense to the patients. The service is very poor and slow. If in case you get late by 5 minutes as per your appointment. The receptionist and the Indian doctor will make you wait there for an hour :( such a poor service. The place looks very untidy with no professionalism:-(

First time patient! I called the Medical center at the very last minute as I needed to see a Dr ASAP due to an emergency. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they squeezed me in for an emergency appointment right away. I arrived at the clinic in a fluster and the reception staff gave me some water to calm down. When I saw the Dr they were so understanding about what I had been through, I really felt like they listened to me and cared. I highly recommended this medical center! Thanks again.

Had an eczema issue I was battling for years, had seen other doctors and a dermatologist but nothing worked. Got recommended to have UV treatment by the GP at Epping North Medical Centre in house and was incredibly pleased with the results. Clean practice and all other staff seems lovely. Practice has heaps of services too! Recommended to all :)

I am a patient of this clinic for the past 7 years and always received Fantastic service and care from all staff, very thorough and professional, love how the clinic is a one stop health centre for most of our needs. Despite some negative reviews recently from some keep on doing the fantastic service to the community as still you guys are much better than the rest around you !!

Iv had a cold i called up for a phone appoinment yesterday they never called back. Today iv tried countless times to call to which it is left unanswered or after a quick few rings goes engaged, very upsetting and i have emailed them to no avil a few times. I have been with this doctors for 7 years they use to be top noch, now i feel i will be looking fpr a new centre as they dont seem to care about their pacients we are not a proirity anymore. Very very sad that they dont have the care and love they once treated their pacients with

My partner went for an appointment here regarding mental health concerns and was treated with extreme disrespect. The doctor made a series of assumptions that were incorrect and proceeded to deny any evidence that didn't support his assumptions. This is the worst medical experience possible. What ever happened to "first do no harm". Be aware these doctors are completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.
