Staff helped me enormously to organise carpets for my husband's Valiant as a surprise wedding anniversary present. Janet was exceptional in getting my order through in time and getting the personalised embroidery exactly how it was requested. The team are extremely pleasant to deal with, always answer and return communication quickly and strive to assist customers to get the correct product.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from this company. I purchased a carpet back in the start of July and am yet to receive my purchase. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with lockdowns for a while but now it is just getting beyond a joke. I have left multiple phone messages and have sent multiple email messages and am yet to receive a reply back. Their phone number goes to a messaging service which is a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs

I want to leave a positive review for other current customers of All Car Carpets to see. Yes, the waiting times are way too long, and communication regarding the delays is lacking. However I spoke directly with the owner of the business, and I found the customer service excellent. This seems to be a small family business that is struggling due to pandemic like many other small businesses. If you are still waiting for your order, I suggest phoning them direct and requesting a refund or finding out what the wait times are. I will update this review once the carpets are received.

Terrible business. Ordered in August 2021, no updates, no email response, no returned calls, no product (now January 2022), no refund.
Do Not Waste Your Time And Money.
This is not due to covid, purely a disrespectful business owner. I am not the only person suffering from this business and I can't stress it enough, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WONT RECIEVE THE GOODS.

If you want car carpet do not use All Car Carpet, go elsewhere!
When I placed my order in May 2021 the website said 30 days to deliver, I’m still waiting in December 2021. No updates can’t get a phone call returned and the contact I have had I was just told what I wanted to hear to get off the phone!
Got through once and was told 4 weeks then when I called back about 8 weeks after that I was told 2 weeks! Do not use these scammers, spend your money elsewhere. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I placed my order at the start of August, have had three calls telling me "it'll leave in 2-3 weeks",
Was informed they keep a call log so they know ive been chasing my order.
Refunds can only be given by the owner who only seems to pop in when he needs to.
Left numerous messages to be called in order to cancel my order and its fallen on deaf ears (the call staff are fantastic but a fish rots from the head down).
The 1800 number just goes to a messaging service so don't waste your time.
I've come to terms ive probably been ripped off and

My first order with this company went well , but that must have been a miracle compared to other orders.
I paid for a carpet order for a car in June 2021 and it's now November 2021 and I am none the wiser to when I will receive my product .
This company hasn't been very helpful at all at providing an accurate time frame on when I will be sent my product.
I don't like giving one stars but I'm unfortunately left with no alternative.
The next step will be contacting fair trading Victoria.
