Lewis Land Surveying was formed in 2007 by Leighton Lewis, a Licensed Surveyor with over twenty five years of experience in the surveying industry. Leighton and his dedicated team provide high quality, detailed surveys and use only the lastest digital Trimble robotic total stations, GPS equipment and software ensuring the most efficient and accurate results are obtained.
The latest CAD software and plotters enable high quality plans and reports to be provided in both hard copy and digital format. Lewis Land Surveying has extensive experience in a range of projects from small developments through to multi-lot subdivisions and commercial construction projects.

Lewis Land Surveying has been providing individuals, architects, engineers, builders, developers and large scale construction companies with an extensive range of Land Surveying Services since 2007. Based in Eltham and Diamond Creek, we carry out accurate, high quality surveys across greater Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and throughout Victoria.
Lewis Land Surveying provides a full range of Land Surveying services including, but not limited to, the following. Neighbourhood and Site Description Plans in support of Rescode applications for development permits. We are regisitered with Land Victoria's online application system SPEAR, which allows planning permit and subdivision applications to be lodged, managed, referred, approved and tracked online.
