Centre Stage Dance Studios has been operating at Yorkeys Knob, Cairns since 2001. The studio offers first class tuition for boys and girls, in Classical Ballet, Drama, Aerial Acrobatics, Modern, Tap, Contemporary, Cheerleading, Singing, Piano, Guitar and Hip Hop, as well as Musical Theatre! Students range from 3yrs to 18yrs.

Services
0ver 26yrs teaching and performing experience! Sandra has performed in various theatre productions over the years, some of these include "The Pyjama Game", "Oklahoma", and "Annie Get Your Gun!". She has also danced in "La Traviata" for the North Queensland Conservatorium of Music, and with Twitch & Jerk Dance Theatre (London).
This years production takes you on a Musical Theatre journey through many of the well known theatre shows, and some new stories from recent years. Aladdin, Hamilton, James and the Giant Peach and Seussical to name just a few. The production features students from 4yrs-18yrs, and showcases the talents of Centre Stage Dance students in all genre, including Song, Dance, and Acrobatics.
Parents please teach your daughters how to sew the ribbons on by themselves. Step 1: Cut the ribbon into four equal lengths. Step 2: Take the Ballet or Pointe shoe and fold in the heel to the inside sole of the shoe. With your pencil, mark the spot where the satin/leather meets the inside cloth on the inner sides of the shoes.

Centre Stage Dance Studios has always and is the most positive, welcoming and supportive environment for our daughter. Sandra in particular is an amazing mentor and has helped our daughter realise her passion for dance. I could not recommend Centre Stage enough and love and appreciate the culture that the studio provides.

Centre Stage Dance Studio is a wonderful place to learn and grow. My daughter has danced here for 12 years and she feels like it is her second home. It has taught her more than dance it has given her skills she will take with her into the next phase of her life. We will be forever grateful for the guidance of Sandra and the amazing teachers at Centre Stage.
