Gregory Street Psychology is a team of practitioners who provide therapy, counselling and assessments for people of all ages. The practice is based in the health precinct of Sandy Bay, Hobart, and is staffed by psychologists and mental health practitioners with varied areas of professional focus, as well as our capable management team.

Tailored Corporate Programs (e.g., Health and Well-being in the Workplace; Coping with Change in the Workplace). Professional supervision to mental health professionals as well as provisional psychologists, or registered psychologists seeking PBA Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical or Health Psychologist.
All psychologists at Gregory Street Psychology use evidence-based therapies, with Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) the most common treatment modality. Each psychologist has additional treatment approaches and techniques that will be tailored to your needs e.g. Mindfulness, ACT, PCT, Existential Therapy etc.
Psychologists working at Gregory Street Psychology are members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). APS members are required to abide by principles of professional conduct, responsibilities and confidentiality. Will my Information be kept Confidential? As part of providing a psychological service to you, your psychologist will need to collect and record personal information from you that is relevant to your current situation.
Our consulting rooms are conveniently located at 16a Gregory Street Sandy Bay (Rear of 16, facing Woolworths). Parking is available in Gregory Street (one or two hour spots) or in the car park near to Woolworths. There are Metro buses that stop in Sandy Bay. Alternatively, you can fax us on 03 6251 1566.
We are always on the lookout for psychologists to join our team at Gregory Street Psychology, as either contractors or employees. New graduates with full AHPRA registration are encouraged to apply. Supervision with the Director on a regular basis to suit your needs, including supervision towards Clinical and/or Health endorsement, if required.
