Wouldn’t recommend at all. My wife was told she needed five separate visits for deep cleaning for gum disease. I decided to seek another opinion at another dentist. Had X-rays taken and surprise surprise no gum disease. Gross over servicing. Somersmiles also placed a crown on at approx cost $1500 which I was told by another dentist was not necessary a filling was all that was required. Also when crown was fitted they ground her real tooth to make it fit……plenty of dentists on the peninsula I suggest to go somewhere else

I cannot recommend Kunal, Deb and the Team at SomerSmiles Dental highly enough. Their professionalism and attention to detail is absolutely exceptional. Oh my goodness. The absolute best dentist on the peninsula. From the initial assessment to the procedure and after care Deb, Kunal and the team are just fantastic.
I went with the sedation dentistry and had a lot of work done in one hit. Great experience. They do it properly and with qualified and competent anaesthetists. Strongly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience from the initial contact, to the first assessment, then treatment. Deb made me feel instantly comfortable and always takes the time to 'check in' as do all the staff. My daughter is now comfortable to see a dentist after the care and attention she received during her first visit and then treatment. Highly recommend. Thank you😊

I rarely read or leave reviews for places I visit, however my experience at SomerSmiles Somerville has changed that. I urgently needed a badly damaged wisdom tooth pulled but have had terrible experiences with dentists over the years, the staff at SomerSmiles are incredibly helpful and understanding - Everyone from front of house to back are amazingly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at ease, their professionalism is unmatched and their care during the procedure was outstanding.
Also the aftercare was something I didn't expect, but sure enough a quick phonecall from their office

Such an amazing experience getting my teeth done.
I have always been petrified of the dentist but not this time.

The team here are wonderful, from the moment you step through the door, you are welcomed into a well set out, calming space and the anxiety drops away.
My girls were so nervous, but we had Tess (and your wonderful dental assistant, whose name escapes me) to look after them and so appreciate her hard work to calm their nerves and give them great experiences at the dentist, you have changed the way people consider a visit to the dentist!
The team in general all speak to you with such caring and compassion, that you know you are in good hands.

Let me start by saying that I have an extreme fear of being in the dentist chair, even just being in eyeshot of a dentist makes me feel sick. I can honestly say that my experience at SomerSmiles was nothing short of amazing. Everyone who works there were caring and friendly. I opted for the sleep/sedation option due to my fears and anxiety’s around being at the dentist. Dr Kunal took care of all my work, super friendly, clearly explained all steps of the procedure/plan...Everything went as well as it could have and I feel I now have the confidence to move past my fears of the dentist.
