The GEA team takes pride in delivering efficient, cost-effective designs that meet the true needs of our customers. Our team was established in 1973 by James Griffiths. For nearly 50 years, Jim's skills have seen the Griffiths name associated with cost-effective, practical, trusted design. In 2016 Josh Griffiths established Griffiths Engineers Australia and the team now operates under Josh's leadership.

Griffiths Engineers Australia is a of team professionals that each call on a vast depth of relevant experience, and together create a strong practice of industry design specialists. Our team has collectively designed hundreds of industrial and commercial buildings, distribution centres, warehouses, office blocks, apartment blocks and bridges.

At our practice, we strive for the efficacy of building, and economy in design and we deliver high quality, detailed documentation. Design is where the Clients' objectives, including the myriad of technical and non-technical requirements, are translated into drawings and specifications from which construction is executed. The success of our projects, in meeting our Clients' objectives hinges on getting the design "right".

Griffiths Engineers Australia have delivered the flattest industrial floors in Australia on more than one project. Our team designed and documented two high bay, very narrow aisle (VNA) warehouses for Liebherr, to accommodate racking heights over 13m and special wire-guided forks. The industrial floors were designed to TR34 and achieved super flat floors specification.
