Services
The course is an 18 hole 5317 metre - par rated 67 course, the course is 9 hole layout played from multi tee positions. The signature hole on the course is perhaps one of the most unique holes in Victoria. Called the quarry hole, it is constructed in the bottom of a disused bluestone quarry. This means you are unsighted to the green from the tee.
The Winchelsea Golf Club was formed in 1933 and was first played as a nine hole sandscrape course. It was built on the original site of the Winchelsea Turf Club which was a prominent racing club in the 19th century. The grandstand, which has since been demolished, was used as the original clubhouse.

Bit rugged, but it is a country course with limited income. Volunteers do a great job.

Perfect for what we wanted - a quiet hit without another person on the course. Course in good knick considering the lack of rain.

Relaxed country golf. Leave your money in the tin out front. The par 3 Quarry hole is a classic and worth the visit for that alone. Greens are quite thick but way better than sand scrapes. We played in summer drought so no doubt a drop of winter rain has helped the fairways.

Friendly members. The signature quarry hole is a ripper. Dont get caught in the thick fringes around the greens.
