Geelong Caravans was founded in 1976 as a Windsor dealership by Mr Bill Purser at 140 Bellarine Hwy Newcomb (East Geelong) Victoria. Still operating from the same location, the site was originally developed as a caravan park. Various restrictions quickly brought about a change of course and the "Geelong Caravans" journey began.

This could quite possibly be one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with, here's why...
I ordered a camper trailer 12 months ago and was promised delivery within 6 months. In the last six months I've called at least five times (no call back or told I'd be called back) I've walked in 3 times and at no point has anyone given me any information about when I can expect my trailer. Every single employee wants to blame someone else or handball me to someone else and not one person has put their hand up or stuck their neck out to help me. If you value your money NEVER give it to this business.

Very disappointed at the moment. bought an Opus 4 from here, took it in for some work to be done. when we got the camper back the annexe had been removed and not re attached. a lot of stuff had been moved around inside the camper, including plates and bowls not back in the safe place we leave them so they dont get knocked around driving. The service crew had also left personal items of theirs in the camper and parts just laying around. Now when asked if they can re attach the annexe like it was am getting told that is not the service department job. Sorry it is, you should leave a customers van

Exceptional customer service. From first point of contact by phone to pick up off slide on camper. Rob, Craig and Jon and team answered all questions and assisted us above and beyond our expectations. Would definately recommend you purchasing or having work done on your van in service department here. A pleasant professional company to deal with. Thank you

Extremely poor , would not recommend
Ordered new build caravan, paid $5000 deposit, due to Covid my income was significantly reduced and had to cancel our order
Geelong Caravans couldn’t care less and refused to return deposit or even a partial return
