Called in and spoke with Silvia at the office. We had a consultation in 2019 to plan our 2020 wedding and immigration service. We had to postpone due to a loss of a family member and COVID. When I called to reengage, Silvia was extremely rude and argumentative with us. Her tone was unprofessional, which was disappointing. It's a loss of our business as we need someone and you were recommended in 2019. It seems your values and service has declined since.

I hired Jessica Stern on a recommendation from another attorney and her firm was wonderful to work with. She guided me through each phase of the process and clearly presented my options as we went along. I was faced with a very difficult circumstance because I am a US Citizen and my spouse is Mexican and incarcerated and on order of deportation. My family and I were at our wits end when my son was picked up by ICE for deportation.
