Owner, Ryan Gosney, started Doors Direct in 2008 after he had been working in the garage door industry for a number of years prior. It goes without saying that Mark and Declan were thorough gentlemen and professional in their work.
They even helped with checking our 4WD roof rack clearance was OK by 40mm after they reset the roller door heights. Nice touch guys.

Extremely happy with the products and service. Doors Direct responded promptly to my online query and we didn't obtain other quotes as we were happy with the price, communication and service. Highly recommend Doors Direct! The team were pleasant to deal with, and their communication with us throughout the whole process was of a very high standard. Their prices in comparison to other companies were competitive. Additionally, they were able to arrange an install date quickly, and at a time that suited our family. We spent $6500 with them to install a garage door - they left all the metal swarf in the panel channels and they all now have rust.
When I contacted them they offered no apology just a statement they will have someone "clean the residual swarf and rust spots and spray over if required".
Really disappointed in their work and after sales service.

Fantastic service, great quality product (the motor comes with a 7 year warranty), we can't complain about the service we received, the technician arrived at the agreed time, he was prompt and replaced the guide, chain and motor faster than expected. Doors Direct replaced the original 3 part chain and guide system from the motor with a one piece… system, much stronger and quieter than the original install.
Highly recommend calling Doors Direct and have them come out and install your new garage door or have them replace the motor on your system when it carks it.
