I had a broken torsion spring on my daily-drivers’ garage. I first called the original installer and they didn’t have technicians working because of Covid, but gave me a referral. Their referral said he didn’t have the correct parts and couldn’t help. I called GSP and they had a technician available the same afternoon to come out and assess the situation. My door is 18’x7’ and cedar over MDF, so it is very heavy (560 lbs) and uses four torsion springs. GSP technician Seth arrived at the agreed time and determined the replacement torsion springs we should use based on the original equipment

Garage door opener had stopped responding to remotes. David came out to take a look. He was right on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me some options along with price. I decided to replace the receiver board on the unit and replace the rollers on the door. The work was complete within an hour with all my remotes reprogrammed. Great experience with GSP - will call them again.

David and CeCe were terrific! My two old but functioning garage doors were not working. David diagnosed multiple issues quickly and set to work immediately. He was up front about the repairs and the cost before he started. He took special care to lubricate everything at the end and fix some dangling wires too. Garage Service Pros was professional from start to finish. Seth diagnosed and explained the problem we were having with our garage door, and explained the options. He answered all my questions and educated me on the workings of my garage door, which I appreciated! This company is definitely worth calling. The only thing I would change would be for the invoice to itemize the amount for each of the three components in the description rather than having just one invoice total stated - I'm curious about the details.
