I hired Kitchens of Australia to do a full design and installation of a new kitchen, including construction of a new linen cupboard, in December 2019.
PROS: - Initial contact with office was lovely
- Installation (mostly) complete in 1 week
- At the time of install had a sale on cabinetry
CONS: - Communication after contract was abhorrent. I never knew who was coming and when. Most of my calls were left unanswered.
- Only 1 trade charged me the price listed on the trade sheet. Everyone else was extra.
- Carpenter who built my linen closet broke floor tiles, to which the owner stated "don

Bad communication.
Wouldn't show up on majority of days.
Bad quality installation.
Damaged items while installing.
Didn't return to finish the job and we've been ignored for 3 weeks and have had to pay someone to finish it after already paying kitchens of Australia for it.
I do not recommend this business.
Stay clear of them!
