The following is the main issues I sent to Denise, hope it is a helpful review. (P.S. water started leaking through the roof during 1st rain after installation)
> Roof panel and/or roof frame not squared
> Roof is not level, the north side higher than the south side
> Cooldek panel is not wide enough for the roof frame, which causes excessive gap at the edges, and insulation foam exposed under the weather
> Gutter not installed as per Stratco's instruction document
> Roof post flashing not installed correctly, risks of water leaking and shorter lifespan than design standard
> Downpipes not

We have had two large patios, an undercover walkway, two areas of shadecloth covering for raised garden beds, an alfresco area and shed constructed by Dennis and his team, at our new home in Swan View, over the last two years. We are very pleased with all the work that has been undertaken, including the great price, the excellent workmanship and fantastic relationship we have enjoyed with Dennis and all his team. Nothing has been too difficult and I highly recommend Patio Perfect for any outdoor project which anyone may wish to build.

We have 3 patios from Patio Perfect (bought in different years), 1 non-standard gable, 1 raised flat and 1 fully enclosed gable. Each time they were very helpful talking through options and what would work practically as well as with engineering. We have always been very impressed with their service, delivery and product and love using our outdoor space!

Don't bother. "Perfect" by name only. Poor planning, time management and quality of work. If you like inconvenience, EXTREMELY slow service, apathy, very little communication, a half arsed job and roof leaks choose Patio Perfect. These guys truly have no idea what they are doing.
The 5 star Google review here by Simon Woodard is obviously fake as he seems to be a family member, has the same last name as the owner of this business.
Maybe this business should take up selling COWBOY OUTFITS instead. Because that's what they are.
I'm not sure how they are still in business. Avoid them at all costs
