This company failed to get a dilapidation report of surrounding houses prior to commencement of their earthworks which has caused some considerable amount of damage to our house of which they denied but the cracks in ceilings and showers speak for themselves. Then went on to claim we were the only ones. We have since found out that this is not to be true and that there were others. BEWARE they take no responsibility for the damage they cause!
