My name is Dr Paul Simmons, and I am the principal chiropractor and owner of Clear Choice Chiropractic. I believe in being a leader and role model to my family, my patients, and my profession by keeping fit and healthy through chiropractic, exercise and quality nutrition.

I am passionate about pursuing the highest standard of chiropractic technique and knowledge of the human body so that I can give the best possible care and results to my patients.I enjoy spending my spare time with my little family and my in-laws. Whether it's cooking dinner in the kitchen, eating fresh fruits and veggies from the garden or sitting down and having a meal, I am most happy when we are all together.

I am a part-time middle school teacher and mum to our beautiful daughter Amber. I assist with the running of the front desk and other behind the scenes jobs at the clinic. Before meeting Paul, my family and I have always used chiropractic care. I had never heard of Gonstead Chiropractic until I met Paul, I just thought all chiropractors were the same.

Once you have made your phone or online booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions including where to park and what to wear. Depending on the complexity of your condition, your initial consultation will usually take between 40 minutes to 1 hour. Please understand, if we think we cannot help you, or if our examination uncovers any concerns, we will refer you appropriately and communicate with your GP on your behalf.

Visualisation -A Gonstead Chiropractor will begin visualising the subtle changes in your posture and movement. Instrumentation - The Nervoscope detects uneven heat along the spine which can be suggestive of inflammation and nerve pressure. This instrument is guided down the length of your back and feels like two fingers gliding down each side of your spine.

As humans, we use our hands to show love, thought, emotion, or a welcoming gesture. All Gonstead adjustments are made by hand. No machine is capable of the specific, caring, and exact touch as the human hand. The focus of the Gonstead adjustment is to be as specific, precise and accurate as possible, addressing only the problem areas (areas of dysfunction).
