Our modern automatic and manual cars are equipped with dual controls to ensure you can learn while feeling confident at all times. All driver training vehicles are modern, safe, dual controlled with a minimum 4-star ANCAP rating.
Cross Roads Driver Education provides quality professional lessons and driver assessments for students wanting to learn how to drive in Eltham and the surrounding suburbs. Our friendly and patient driving instructors will teach you to become safe, competent and assertive drivers. Lessons are tailored to each individual client's needs and ability.
Lessons can start at home, school or work, and if necessary can finish at other locations - please mention this when booking your lesson if this service is required. However, If you choose to get an automatic license you will not be able to drive a manual car until you are off your P-plates. If necessary you can always go for your manual license later on when you are more confident.

I had lessons with Michael as a Learner during which he would do the following:
- Talk on the phone (to his ear) and direct me with hand signals.
- Wear open toed shoes.
- Blast me for minor mistakes that every learner will make.
- Forced me to take a photo with my licence, which he posted on Facebook despite me asking him not to.
If you want you/your child to get treated like a piece of s**t, hire Michael from Crossroads as an instructor.

Mike is a very detailed instructor and very strait forward, which is exactly what you want from a driving instructor whilst going to get your license.
His strait forward nature can sometimes be unexpected and come off a little brash but it ultimately is what makes him the successful instructor he is. Highly recommend as he prepares you with the skillset needed to pass the test!

Mike was a wonderful teacher for my older daughter, who has now had her license for 3 years. He started my younger daughter off when she first got her Learners, and we are about to use his services again as she approaches 18 and will go for her license soon. Mike will pick the kids up from home or school and drop them off at a suitable location after the lesson, which is extremely helpful! I have recommended Mike and Crossroads to many people who have asked about driving lessons for their kids!
