BBC Digital have looked after our photocopier/email/fax machine for a No. of years. We have always had very prompt and friendly service. They were very helpful with our termination on the sale of our business. We would definitely go with them again if ever the need was to arise in the future and recommend them to anyone requiring this technology

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! There are many, many better options of photocopier suppliers around if you do your research. They are extremely overpriced and lock you into contracts with no way out when things go bad. Like many businesses we closed up our business last year and worked our way through debts. All of our other suppliers were understanding of our financial situation and waived costs but not this unscrupulous company. We have dealt with BBC for over ten years but they have no loyalty and dont care about you personally in tough times. The service we had received during this time was

My business was that of a sole practitioner Chartered Accountant. My main requirements were to have a reliable printer and copier which provided quality documents. Although only a small customer, BBC always treated me as if I was a significant customer. They understood my needs, provided excellent advice on the right office equipment for my business and offered appropriate financial arrangements. They also advised me of the on-going changes in technology that were occurring and solutions they could provide.

We would like to recommend our Canon products to anyone looking at printing and scanning needs in the construction and development industries.
