I sent these guys specific requirements, exchanged a couple short emails, and followed up with a call. They understood what I wanted so I sent them my order.
I had to follow them up after two weeks because I heard nothing. Then I was asked what I wanted, so I went through it all again by email and phone, then I was told after a further three days that they only do die cut (not laser) and they only do sheets (not rolls). There were a couple of other things that they couldn't do that I specifically asked them in the first instance.
