Had a gaming laptop which needed to be fixed just before the new year. Alen was very professional and responsive. He undertook the work in a professional manner and recommended what needed fixing (and upgrading) before he undertook the work. He replaced a faulty HDD and battery.

Alen did what was best for my laptop and talked me through the repair. Id for sure be back in the future. Also, much cheaper than I thought! only thing I might add was Alen didn't tell me over the phone how long it would take to fix ( 3-5 business days), I needed to take my laptop over n leave with him over night for him to tell me what was wrong n price to fix. But overall id highly recommended.

Needed the touch screen replaced on my laptop and dropped it off on the 10th of June.
I had a trip the following week but was told it'd probably be ready by then. But it was delayed. The day they said it would be shipped to where I was staying I was told the replacement screen was in fact faulty and needed to be swapped and so the process started again.
I was never given any updates unless I called and responses were 1 for every 4-5 calls.
I got it back on the 11th of August (2 MONTHS after I had dropped it off) and even now the screen does not work entirely properly.
While I understand that

Alan came through for me - couldn't get a keycap for my laptop - everyone wanted me to replace the whole tray for a fortune and he managed to find one and fitted it perfectly at no cost. What a legend. I highly recommend his services for all your laptop issues.
