Greg has a passion for helping people and fixing computers. With the aim of doing this and after gaining a Diploma in Business (Microcomputer Systems) from NSW Institute of TAFE, Greg put these two passions together in 1996 to create Artarmon Computers.
Operating out of a small workshop in Artarmon, Greg has been able to establish himself as an expert in his field and brings relief to many home and home office computer users in Sydney's Lower North Shore area.

Six years ago, I was introduced to Greg Graham as the person to solve the various computer problems my company was experiencing. Greg not only solved our immediate problems, but suggested other strategies we immediately adopted. We stay in regular contact with Greg to make sure our hardware and software are safe and up to date.
Problems with your desktop or laptop computer don't scare us! A tired old PC really can make your blood boil. But even new PCs clog up and run slowly. Waiting to churn through a simple task is annoying but we can fix it. Dead computer? Nothing is more frustrating than pressing the power button on your computer and nothing happening.
Do you remember life before email? It might have been a simpler time, but these days, it's just plain difficult to get anything done without email -- particularly when you can't send or receive messages. There are many possible causes for email problems, some of which are easily recognisable and others which will require further investigation.
In terms of ease of setup and reliability, Home and Home Office Computer Networking has come a long way in the past few years yet ironically when things are made simpler for us we then want to make them more complicated! Greg was polite, listened to my computer problems and explained in plain English what was wrong and how he could fix it.
He fixed the problem at his office but was just as happy to come to my home for a small extra fee.
I was surprised and delighted at the work Greg did, and he made my laptop even easier to use than it was before my troubles, and it's never worked faster.

Artarmon Computers were amazing. My laptop wouldn't start up so I called them. Greg the owner was so knowledgeable. He got me to do some tests while on the phone so he could narrow down the likely cause of the problem, and then an indication of what options I had.
As it turns out I needed a new laptop but he helped there too, recommending the best model for me for the best price possible from Harvey Norman. I took both to him and like magic he transferred all my files, emails and contacts to the new laptop and made it look like the old Windows 7 one so I wasn't lost in the new windows 10 interface

I had a problem with a strange little mini PC that had worked but suddenly stopped working. I had no idea how to fix it so called Artarmon Computers as they had such good reviews and an easy to understand website that seems to be aimed at ordinary computers users like me.
Even though they didn't know the PC type I had, they just powered on with questions about it and even got me to do some stuff to it under instructions over the phone, which were unsuccessful, but had it worked I just had the feeling it'd be a freebie.
I took it in to them after they gave fixing it over the phone a 'red hot'
