Once you have signed a Management Agency Agreement with PropertyYou - we take care of the rest. There's no need for you to have the awkward conversation with your current agent. We contact them in writing advising them of the change and liaise directly with them to coordinate transferring over your property file and keys.

The entire team at Property You have been absolutely fantastic with my rental property over the last few years. As they deal mainly in rentals and not property sales they have been extremely accountable in all aspects of the property including; inspections, upkeep, consistent owner payments and they are great communicators. Although they don't often deal with selling properties, they were able to do so in my case, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. Corinne is such a good person! I had a very complicated situation caused by the closing and transformation of the agency that rented me my house a couple of years ago. The clients were transferred to her agency but there was a serious problem getting from that "renewed" agency any details as they were just unpleasant and uncooperative, there was really no good reason on their behalf to refuse my simple request for a recommendation. Corinne replied kindly and tried to help. When I started losing hope she took that extra mile that no one was willing to and found my old agent, and fixed everything

I had really bad experience with this real-estate. I always had problems to get in touch with Corrine, often I had to wait for several days. Also we got promised to get some things repaired before we moved in, this never happened. After one year lease and the end with this real estate it's still not repaired. The real estate tries to keep the bond and you don't get a second chance if you missed something on the bondclean. They expect you to leave the house better then you got it, we had several issues with the "bond clean" when we moved in.

Property You have been amazing to deal with as a first time renter. They are always easy to get in contact with, will help as quickly as possible with any issues and are generally delightful to deal with. I wanted to break my lease and they were very quick to find a new tennant. Corinne has been nothing but helpful and I would not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.
