Even though my ordeal with this company was sometime ago, I still find that my mind is cast back to the terrible experience and even keeps me up at night, so I am hoping that leaving this review will get it off my chest and finally set me free. I had a genuinely awful time as a tenant with this company. To summarise:
-The apartment I moved into was poorly maintained and run down. There were issues from day one with lighting, fans, the oven, doors, plumbing and furnishing provided.
-Within a few months there were a total of 3 unlawful entries into my bedroom. Including one entry to stick advertising

We transferred our investment property over to Sunshine Coast Property Rentals earlier in the year and wish we had done it years ago. From the start the whole team that we've dealt with have been professional, efficient, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything is transparent and for the first time we are given a background of new tenants before they are approved along with their rental history, and the rent is always in the account on time with no hidden extras. I have used the services of SCPR for the last 6 years and found the entire team to be extremely proficient in all my dealing with them. Most importantly my rent has always been paid on time and the standard of tenants quite good. The upkeep of my investment has also been well taken care off with detailed inspections on a regular basis. Thanks again to the team for a great job over the years.
