The Derm Lab is one of the nicest, newest and best run skin care clinics in Melbourne. The knowledge the team possess about all matters of skin care is second to none. They’re professional, relatable and they’re there to help, not just sell you products or services. Having had a bad outcome elsewhere, I was particularly impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining all aspects of the procedures and any associated risks. Highly recommend.

I’m visited the Derm Lab on multiple occasions for laser hair removal and the whole team is super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had only great experiences from the moment I walked through the doors. The clinic is immaculate and freshly styled (even the couch in the waiting room is super comfy.) Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new skin clinic that delivers their services with passion and professionalism.

I love visiting The Derm Lab, not only does my skin love it, but the team is always so welcoming and lovely! A big shout out to the fabulous Julia who has been looking after all my skin needs. I love how into skin (and looking after it) she is!! I always have her voice in my head “Are you applying sunscreen” and “Wear a hat”!! I have been with them for over a CoVid year and every month I look forward to going. The service staff especially Julia are so professional, thoughtful, and responsive. Once my treatment regime is complete, I'm going to have to develop other skin conditions to keep seeing them. This is coming from an American who is spoiled and overly critical about customer service. Love it and highly recommend to you all.

I went to get laser hair removal at The Derm Lab and it was a great experience. It can be scary your first time you get a treatment, and you really don't know what to expect. Julia was so kind and reassuring, and I felt really at ease in her very capable hands. She constantly checked in with me to see how I felt in regard to pain and comfort, and ensured I was always relaxed. I couldn't speak highly enough about this amazing clinic and its wonderful staff! I came to Derm Lab 2020 with pigmentation and was given a treatment plan that completely cleared my skin (which has stayed clear for the most part ever since). Chris,Julia and the staff are so kind, professional and truly knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking to better their skin!

My therapist Julia was very professional and reassuring. She explained the treatment after thoroughly examining my skin and asking what I was after. I had a course of microneedling which helped with pigmentation and fine lines. I am very happy with the outcome. I have also tried one session of laser. As I have an olive complexion they were very cautious. I had to have a skin check with a doctor prior to it and they used a lower dose on me. Their care and knowledge are excellent.
