Absolutely the worst company. This is not a transparent company. unreliable, unprofessional, no compassion or understanding.
Be AWARE of EXTRA CHARGE, even after 2 months of delivery they just deduct the amount that they want from your card without even telling you about the charges. Always having same excuse ( you choose the wrong delivery option or its your fault since you didn't pay insurance. Adding insurance is a waste of money since you can't claim anything back from them.
The photo here is an example of a parcel thats been received by our customer, even though we had insurance on it,still

Total Scam. Lost and entire pallet of stock same day as collected?? Now denying all responsibility?? Do not trust these guys!

Firstly - I was not ever asked to insure this shipment, nor was I informed of your handling process which in fact means you do not handle at all.
Secondly - on the day of collection the pallet of stock went missing. It was not ever chased up or investigated despite me having 15 minutes of footage of the driver collecting the stock, his license details and name. You simply washed your hands of the situation - emailed me a "Without Prejudice

Shirley did a stirling job and went above and beyond when my first booking got cancelled due to issues with the supplier. She made the process easy for a rookie like me and I cannot be happier. I will recommend using their services 100%. Not very often you find this kind of customer service anymore !

Booked delivery from Perth to Melbourne, price was really competitive and booking was easy as the ladies were on hand to help me.
Parcel labels were emailed to me which I had to print and tape to my parcel and it was collected that same day.
First time I have used this company and I would definitely use them again. Very easy, very fast and I didnt even have to leave my home. Perfect service. Happy customer.

Shirley did a great job, quickly finding the best price, cheaper than booking it myself. My parcel was delivered to me in Australia from China in a week. More than I expected in these current global circumstances. I have recommended to my work colleagues and will use again.

Do not use!!! Terrible service and charged an extra $44 (almost the total cost again) with no notice.
I organized for my mum to send me a package. Apparently when delivery guy arrived he told her the label was not properly attached. Apparently he was to busy to wait 5mins for it so he told her he would come back tomorrow.
He didn’t but after two calls to customer service to follow up, he returned two days later and collected it.
Nothing was mentioned about cost to her or me at the time but a few weeks later I received an invoice and notification that they’d charged my credit card for an
