We shipped a camper trailer from Brisbane to Perth. The pricing was excellent. There were delays with the shipping due to a back log at Fremantle Port, which then coincided with Christmas and New Years public holidays, (something out of their control) yet their customer service was excellent and they were fine with us having to change our pick up details twice due to these delays. Thanks DAZMAC, I would not hesitate to use your services again should the need arise.

We went though DASMAC for transport of our Captiva from Perth to Brisbane. We had a good experience with them until after our car arrived home.
We did have our belongings in the back of the car under a cover, we know and accepted the policy that they are not liable for things in the car. Although when we went through our belongings when we got home, we noticed a bag of clothes opened up and a hat missing from a box (of all things). This hat was sentimental.
I am just writing this review so people know what can happen. And the things that happen to go missing.

I booked my vehicle from Adelaide to Perth it took almost a month to arrive and there was things missing in one of my bag despite putting lock, the lock was coded not the simple lock so it seems like one employee used some kind of trick to open that bag because when I received the vehicle bag was not where I placed but on other side of my car and it was locked again with same lock.
However my car arrived without any damage so I reckon don't put any stuff in your vehicle.

They stolen my good inside the car, scratch and damaged it. No customer service, no assistance, the car arrived and they kept it for 7 days in their deport and without giving me the opportunity to come for take it.
When I went there to get the car and saw the problems, their employee only tell me that he had arrived ten minutes earlier and knew nothing about anything.
Now I have report all at the the police and I will probably have to go for lawyers.

Don't use this shipping company. I shipped my car from Sydney to Perth .On arrival all the valuable belongings have been stolen.Around $2000. My box had been opened, rummaged through and not put back how it was. some one working in this company worker has stolen my belongings.I contacted the company who told me to email a list of everything stolen and they didn't reply me.After I called to police who help to contact Dazmac. I will await to see if there is an outcome or take this further but police said they don't have any CCTV.I complete disappointment.

Highly recommend this company for vehicle shipping. We booked from Gold Coast to Perth and with constant changes due to Covid their customer service was awesome. So helpful and flexible. Collection was easy and the car had even been washed. Communication constantly with updates and ease of tracking. Price was affordable and would use them again. Thanks for a wonderful service
