Catherine Davies Conveyancing was established in 2004 and has grown to be one of the most trusted and highly regarded conveyancing firms in the central coast region. Along with providing vital legal advice, a conveyancer coordinates with your bank/broker, valuer, council, government departments, surveyor, real estate agent, property inspectors (building, pest, engineering, plumbing, electrical) and settlement agent. Once an offer to purchase a property has been accepted by your seller, ask your agent to send a copy of the draft contract to our office.
Unlike solicitors, a conveyancer practices in only one area of law and can provide you with up-to-date, expert advice in this field. This means you get the most expert legal advice and information, but you are not paying expensive solicitor's fees for expertise that you don't need. Before selling your property, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire, and then provide you with advice about how your sale contract should be structured.

The hardest, most complex buying journey made far easier with the help of Catherine and her team!
They made the process far more digestible than it otherwise would have been, never making us feel like we were asking dumb questions (which we were!), whilst always making us feel empowered to make the right decisions. On top of this, they were so lovely to deal with!
I'll certainly be recommending CDC to close friends as they look to make a move up the coast, as they were simply wonderful!

Catherine was amazing! We were looking to purchase in Newcastle in March 2021 and the market was crazy. We were missing out on property after property, however, every time we were going to an auction or ,one time, had our offer accepted only to be gezumped, Catherine would take the time to explain the contract terms and review it thoroughly. In one occasion she picked up that only 3/4 of the backyard was listed on the contract for sale and a proportion of the yard was on a different tittle. Bit of a red flag moment.

Outstanding service from Catherine and Natalie. I have used solicitors before but the service from Catherine and Natalie went way and above anything I have had from solicitors. The ladies were prepared, knowledgeable and picked up things I would not have, saving me money and time. They took the time to explain and fees were very reasonable. I would not use solicitors again but always use Catherine Davies Conveyancing for any sales or purchases in the future. 10 out of 10!!!!
