I started my conveyancing career as a Conveyancing Secretary in 1999 and it didn't take me long to realise my passion for Conveyancing. I decided I wanted to take the next step and become a Licensed Conveyancer, so I studied Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and graduated in 2005.
Conveyancing is the Transfer of legal ownership of land. This is generally done by entering into a Contract for Sale of Land. Licensed Conveyancers are specialists in Property Law so there is no need to involve a Solicitor/Lawyer in this process.
