After your order is placed with Flooring Bathrooms Interiors, your delivery of goods will be coordinated by our Team and dispatched from our various supplies. We entrust in the services of StarTrak to deliver your goods. Delivery fees are calculated by your total order value and timings are dependent on location.
Shipping of online orders is coordinated by our team and will be delivered via StarTrack. Flooring Bathroom Interior items ordered online are subject to the relevant delivery fees, which are calculated based on total order value. See the table below for more details. If there were 10 stars to give we would! Nat & Micheal have been so wonderful to deal with and have helped us immensely during the design stage of our renovation. Finally a place that stocks incredible quality fixtures and fittings as well as anything else you would need for your Reno. They gave us so much advice and had a tone of product knowledge, we are so grateful & couldn’t recommend anywhere else for any bathroom/kitchen or general home renovations :)

I phoned ahead to get a kitchen mixer tap and had a couple of questions about the specs. My query was handled quickly and accurately by the team @FBI. I drove in to New Farm immediately, selected the items I wanted to buy, and when I was about to pay, was told there was a 10% discount that day. Great products in stock and a great purchase experience. I’ll be going back next week :-)

Very helpful and have great quality stock. I found it very easy to deal with Michael and pick out all the items that were needed. I also found that it was very convenient working with a local nearby store where it was easy to pickup and swap items if needed.
I accidentally ended up with the wrong colour laundry sink and they didn’t have one in my colour and size to swap for so they swapped it for a larger one of the same colour for no additional cost which was really helpful too!

Absolute 5 Star customer service from Michael since I called his store, after finding it online. Michael went above and beyond by FaceTiming my partner and I, showing us a close up and exact colour of the concrete basins we wanted, as we live some distance away from the store. He gave use very useful tips for looking after the product and he arranged payment and shipping immediately. He even sent us photos of the product prior to shipping and a confirmation email. We rarely experience this type of amazing customer service and cannot recommend them enough.

Great finds at this store! I live in NSW so I had to shop using their online store but is was so easy and my order was sent out for delivery with hours of placing it! Their items are also very reasonable in price, high enough that you're confident with the quality, not to high that it's unrealistic or unattainable.
Happy customer! Will definitely been using them again - especially as we're renovating!
