The standard finish of our sensor taps is polished Chrome, with two of our most popular models also available in a matt black and most recently, a bright gold finish. Enviro-Tech understands that thanks to changing trends and tastes in bathroom design, Clients are often searching for a unique look for their bathroom.

We contacted Eviro-Tech on Tuesday for a non-urgent service. They said they would have a technologist out before Friday of the same week. On Friday morning, we called them asking where the tech was, and Enviro-Tech asked us if we were willing to pay an overtime rate to have the tech come the same day. We reminded them that we placed the call on Tuesday. The dispatcher quickly took back his offer for the premium service and said that he would get back to us. Later on Friday, Enviro-Tech said that a tech would in fact not be coming on Friday. Seems like these guys use the ol bait and switch technique

I had called in to speak with dispatch on a Tuesday to book a service for a large number of refrigerators. I was told at that time someone will contact me within a day or 2 tops. No word by Friday, I called back to find out whats going on. And was told the following:
- we don't have a record of your call
- we are too busy to accept any new customers
- you're out of luck and thank you for waiting 3 days to find out

I manage a store that makes protein shakes. The machine that I’ve had has been malfunctioning for a while and had been looked at numerous times. I had the pleasure of meeting Aron, who honestly, went above and BEYOND. He spent over an hour getting to the root of the problem which no one else did before. He also was very responsive if we had any following questions, answering all our queries in a timely manner. Thanks Aron!

I called them for a possible under-warranty service for a True preparation station. I have been given an appointment to early morning next day. I really appreciate their quick response at that point.
I told the dispatcher that we normally open at 11am but, I will be there at 9 to meet the technician. No one showed up that day. I have been told that they had a mixedup schedule and apologized for it. I took a new appointment...
Technician came on time and fixed the issue, told us that this will not be under warranty. we paid $450 to open a clogged line. Three days later same problem occurred. I
